SCG Foundation invited young people aged between 18-25, who were interested in art, to participate in a creative ideas contest; Young Thai Artist Award 2018 in order to be born as new face artists as well as a royal cup. This was the biggest contest for youth in Thailand. The candidates submitted artwork in 6 art sections such as 2D art, 3D ar, printing, movie, literature and composing music. The winner in each section was awarded wa royal cup from HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, a reward 150,000 baht including a trip in abroad. Outstanding work recieved a the reward of 50,000 baht.
