On 11 April 2023, the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between Indian Council for Cultural Relations and Silpakorn University took place with the presence of H.E. Nagesh Singh, Ambassador of India to Thailand and Prof. Dr. Tanasait Ngawhirunpat, President of Silpakorn University. The MoU was signed under the witness of representatives from both parties. Moreover, H.E. Nagesh Singh presented books which were donated by Embassy of India to Director of The Central Library of Silpakorn University.
